Live: Bars, restaurants can serve booze from Sept 1

The govt of India on Saturday rolled out new Unlock 4 guidelines. According to the new rules, metro services will be operational from September 7, as schools and colleges will continue to remain shut. On Saturday, India recorded a recovery rate of 76.74%.
